9月9日下午，上海金山杭州湾双语学校的校园里洋溢着温馨与感动。为庆祝第39个教师节，三年级精心组织了一场别开生面的教师节活动，学生们用自己的方式表达了对老师们的教师节祝福。

此次教师节活动，学生们精心准备了教师节贺卡和纸花作为礼物。在贺卡制作环节中，孩子们首先在彩色卡纸上画出自己心中的老师形象，他们用稚嫩的小手一笔一划地勾勒出老师的模样，脸上带着笑意，心中怀揣感激。他们思考如何让贺卡更具创意和个性。有人选择用简单大方的设计，传达真挚的情感；也有人用色彩丰富的图案，表现他们心中对老师的爱与感恩。

孩子们全神贯注，认真地裁剪、粘贴，用彩笔写下他们对老师的心声。有些学生还精心绘制了小插图：有的画上象征美好未来的太阳，有的用爱心与花朵表达祝福。虽然材料相似，但每一张贺卡都独具特色，每一张贺卡都充满了孩子们的创意和对老师的深厚感情。

手工制作的纸花更是充满了孩子们的创意与心意，在老师的指导下，学生们开始一步步折叠纸花。每个孩子都格外认真，专注地将纸张一层层对折、裁剪，然后将花瓣小心翼翼地展开。一双双小手灵巧地操作着剪刀和胶水，虽然有时纸张会不小心折错或剪歪，但孩子们总是充满耐心地调整，直到纸花完美成型。

贺卡和纸花不仅仅是礼物，它们更代表了学生们内心最真实的感情。老师们收下这些礼物时，脸上露出了欣慰的微笑。学生们用自己的方式，表达了对老师辛勤付出的敬意，也展现了他们对知识的渴望和对未来的美好憧憬。

教师节不仅是对老师辛勤付出的认可，更是师生情感沟通的重要时刻。通过制作贺卡和纸花，学生们在动手实践中感悟到感恩的真谛，同时在心中悄悄种下了尊敬老师的种子。这种用心的表达，不仅仅是对老师的节日祝福，更是孩子们成长路上一堂意义深刻的课程。

On the afternoon of September 9th, the campus of Shanghai Jinshan Hangzhou Bay Bilingual School was filled with warmth. To celebrate the 39th Teachers’ Day, Grade 3 organized a unique activity where students expressed their appreciation for their teachers in their own special ways.

For this Teachers’ Day event, students prepared greeting cards and paper flowers as gifts. During the card-making session, the children first drew pictures of their teachers on colorful card stock. With their little hands, they carefully sketched their teachers’ appearances, smiling as they worked, with gratitude in their hearts. They thought about how to make each card more creative and personalized. Some opted for simple yet elegant designs to convey their sincere feelings, while others used vibrant patterns to express their love and gratitude.

The children were fully engaged, cutting and pasting the cards, and using colorful pens to write heartfelt messages to their teachers. Some students added elaborate illustrations: some drew suns to symbolize a bright future, while others expressed their blessings with hearts and flowers. Although the materials were similar, each card was unique, brimming with creativity and deep feelings for their teachers.

The handmade paper flowers showcased even more of the children’ s creativity and effort. Under the teachers’ guidance, the students carefully folded the paper flowers step by step. Each child was exceptionally focused, folding and cutting the paper layer by layer, before gently unfolding the petals. Though at times the paper was folded incorrectly or cut unevenly, the children patiently adjusted their work until each flower was perfectly shaped.

These greeting cards and paper flowers were not just gifts; they represented the students’ genuine emotions. Teachers received them with smiles of gratefulness, appreciating the thoughtfulness behind each gesture. Through these acts, the students expressed their respect for their teachers’ hard work, while also demonstrating their eagerness for knowledge and hope for the future.

Teachers’ Day is not only a time to acknowledge the dedication of educators, but also an important moment for emotional connection between teachers and students. By making these greeting cards and paper flowers, the students learned the true meaning of gratitude and planted the seeds of respect for their teachers in their hearts. This heartfelt expression was not just a holiday tribute to teachers but also a meaningful lesson in the children’s journey of growth.

Every teacher is a guide in the growth of their students. On this special day, all the students at Jinshan Hangzhou Bay Bilingual School expressed their sincere gratitude to their teachers for their hard work.
