为了让本次义卖会能够顺利开展，并真正实现其爱心传递与履行社会责任的目标，我校全体师生及志愿者家长们进行了全方位的精心筹备。

各年级班主任积极在班级内开展宣讲活动，详细向同学们介绍了本次义卖会的目的，让同学们深刻理解到这次活动背后的重要意义，激发起大家参与的热情和奉献爱心的决心。

同时，本次义卖会设置备受瞩目的 VIP 摊位，由各年级获得 “预热带货” 第一名的小组及部分精品社团担任。VIP摊位的设置不仅增添了活动的趣味性，还充分调动了同学们的积极性和团队协作能力。

另外，在校园宣传方面同学们也毫不含糊。各个年级走廊、食堂门口早早就张贴出了各式各样精心准备的海报。这些海报设计精美、色彩鲜艳，吸引着每一位师生的目光，为义卖会营造出了浓厚的氛围，让大家对即将到来的义卖会充满了期待。

终于，期待已久的义卖会迎来了激动人心的时刻。时间一到，各个摊位的 “老板”们以及志愿者家长们便火速开始布置摊位，他们动作迅速、有条不紊，将自己摊位上的物品摆放得整整齐齐，准备迎接顾客的到来。

12:30，义卖会正式开始！刹那间，校园里热闹非凡，学生们的叫卖声、购物声此起彼伏，热情高涨。同学们纷纷化身热情的 “销售员”，使出浑身解数推销着摊位上的物品，有的用幽默风趣的广告语吸引顾客，有的则详细介绍物品的特色和用途。而其他同学也积极响应，在各个摊位前穿梭挑选自己心仪的物品，现场洋溢着浓浓的爱意和欢乐的氛围。

不仅是学生们热情洋溢，我校中教、外教老师以及部分学生家长们也积极参与到了这场义卖会中。他们不仅在摊位前挑选购买物品，为同学们的爱心行动加油助威，还与同学们互动交流，分享着这份爱心带来的喜悦，进一步提升了活动的热度和氛围。

Each grade’s head teacher held class meetings to explain the purpose of the sale, inspiring students to fully grasp its meaning and encourage active participation.

We introduced special VIP booths, staffed by groups that excelled in a pre-event competition and select student clubs. These VIP spots added an element of excitement and motivated students’ teamwork and enthusiasm.

Students also took the lead in publicity efforts, creating colorful posters displayed in hallways and the cafeteria entrance. These eye-catching designs helped build a lively atmosphere, filling everyone with anticipation for the event.

When the big day arrived, excitement filled the air. Booth “owners” and parent volunteers quickly set up, arranging their displays in preparation for eager customers. At 12:30, the sale officially began, and the campus instantly buzzed with energy. Students, transformed into passionate “salespeople,” eagerly promoted their items—some using humor, others with detailed explanations. Fellow students responded with enthusiasm, exploring each booth in search of items to purchase, filling the event with warmth and joy.

The event wasn’t just for students; teachers and some parents also joined in, browsing and supporting students' efforts. Their engagement added to the festive mood, sharing in the joy that these acts of kindness brought.
