启蒙自驱力,赋能成长新航程

春意渐浓的杭州湾畔,上海金湾双语学校六年级学子踏着晨光归来。崭新的书页在指尖翻动,青春的乐章在此刻奏响 ——2024春季学期正式启程!

在假期当中,我们一同见证了 “哪吒”电影展现文化自信,借Deepseek人工智能项目叩响未来之门。而作为小初衔接的关键阶段,六年级将“启蒙自驱力”作为教育航标,上学期构建的自主学习体系已初见成效。

开学首周的 Orientation活动充满智慧火花。各班班长发表班长寄语,充分发挥班委作用,锻炼学生自主管理能力。

 

“承中国之核,拓世界之潮”的年级集会上,郑老师以四维成长模型勾勒新蓝图:在“学力革命”中培育思维方法,在志趣发展中激发个性潜能,在修养涵育中淬炼品格,在境界提升中开拓格局。

 

初中的学力培养更像是一场 “学习习惯的革命”,如何做好时间的规划管理、资料的整合把握、反思加强提升的过程,都是我们接下来要锁定的课题。经过一学期的努力,年级当中涌现出了一批非常优秀的学生,集会中对各班学业优秀和学业进步学生进行表彰,同样令人欣喜的是有90%的六年级学子凭借自主学习成果获得不同学科不同项目的寒假作业减免。

与此同时,年级当中已经有不少同学在自己感兴趣的领域小有成就。有 25名同学在ESDP2025上海演讲季中入围决赛并获奖,40名同学在CNAP当中大放异彩,寒假中亦有44位同学获得个性化发展计划和作业减免。

而这些,都印证了 “成长没有假期”的真谛。

 

在各班级内部,同学们也将自驱力的培养贯彻到底,在反思自身情况基础上制定切合实际的个人目标,互相分享,又彼此鼓励,与此同时又以主人翁姿态从学习、社交、生活、特长四个维度绘制班级发展蓝图。

 

春潮涌动之时,
