一年级家长沙龙丨解构精准回应,赋能智慧教养

 

春日的阳光浸润着校园的一草一木,而比春晖更润泽心田的,是一场关于爱与智慧的对话。为深化家校共育理念,创建家校成长共同体, 3月19日,杭州湾双语学校一年级组举办了以《做智慧型家长》为主题的家长沙龙。来自不同班级一年级学生家长与和年级的中外教老师们以《精准回应》一书为舟楫,共溯家庭教育的星河。

本次家长沙龙通过家校共读《精准回应》一书展开,在会场,通过策略共享、案例剖析与圆桌论坛,共同探索家庭教育精准化、科学化的实践路径。

 

活动开始,年级组长黄老师先就第一学期、第二学期的家校共育问卷中家长们普遍关心的几个方面进行总结。

接着,一年级的 English Leader Mr.Liam 和家长们分享了自己的建议,其中包括家长如何培养孩子长期的阅读习惯、学习习惯;如何在生活中学习,以褒有孩子长久的好奇心和求知欲;如何使用线上工具,实现在家的:趣味化学习;如何培养孩子的 “成长型思维”等。为孩子们成为“终身学习者”的目标提出了一年级阶段切实可行的建议,赢得了阵阵掌声。

 

黄老师以《精准回应》中 “看见孩子行为背后的需求”为切入点,解读“精准回应”内核:“真正的教育不是即时反应,而是基于理解的理性对话”,并通过书中案例——“孩子被老师夸奖后家长过度引导式回应带来的反思”解读如何通过“观察-共情-引导”化解亲子间的不愉快,让家长直观感受“回应方式”转变和“点到为止”的重要性。

 

“难题诊疗”圆桌讨论环节,家长们分组与一年级的班主任们共同探讨“孩子的时间管理”、“学习自驱力”、“情绪管理”、“同伴交往”这几个高频教育“痛点”。并通过情景还原、教育复盘、拆解书中“妙招”和家长金点子几个环节,从生活中剥离“难题”,从书本中寻找“解法”。

经过如火如荼的讨论, 4个小组分别完成了《智慧家长智囊团》海报,并各派出1-2名代表发言交流。有的家长通过自身经验和书中案例分析了孩子“畏难情绪”的来源,进而找到了如何让孩子“更无痛”地开始学习,也有家长以“看见情绪”、给孩子“无差别的爱”为主题,探讨了如何面对和解决孩子的情绪问题。面对孩子进入小学后的“同伴交往”,家长往往十分关注孩子在校的交友和在生活中处理较为复杂人际关系的情况,家长们建言献计,还给到了老师们建议。

 

年级组长黄老师以 “以多元智能看待孩子,扬长平短”、“以孩子立场走进内心,感同身受”、“审视自身,悦纳自己”为关键词对本次圆桌对话进行了总结和拓展,家长们也都纷纷表示认同。

 

最后,一年级的班主任老师,为家长们颁发了 “亲子护航人”荣誉证书,感谢家长们在本次沙龙中贡献的真知灼见。正如杨杰在书中所言:“教育是父母与孩子共同完成的成长课题”,本次活动不仅搭建了家校协同育人新平台,更让家长在思维碰撞与方法迭代中,触摸到家庭教育的温度与智慧。

未来我们也将持续推出不同主题、系列家长沙龙活动,通过读书会、亲子工作坊、线上答疑等多元形式,为家庭教育提供系统化支持。

 

本次家长沙龙结束后,年级组还向家长们推荐了其他教育类书籍,同时分享了 “家庭教育资料包”。家长们也给予了本次沙龙热情的反馈——

Under the warm spring sunlight, Hangzhou-Bay Bilingual School’s Grade 1 team held a parent salon titled "Becoming a Wise Parent" on March 19, fostering a dialogue on love and wisdom to strengthen home-school collaboration. Parents and teachers gathered to explore scientific family education practices, using the book Precise Response as a guide.

 

Professional Insights: Building Learning Support Systems

Ms. Huang, the grade leader, summarized key findings from home-school surveys conducted over the past semester. English Leader Mr. Liam shared actionable advice on cultivating children’s reading habits, curiosity, and "growth mindset," emphasizing strategies for lifelong learning. His tips on integrating fun, tech-enabled learning at home resonated deeply, earning applause from attendees.

 

Reflecting Through Literature: Unlocking Educational Wisdom

Ms. Huang analyzed the core concept of Precise Response—"seeing the needs behind a child’s behavior." Using a case study from the book, she demonstrated how shifting from reactive to empathetic communication (observe-empathize-guide) can resolve parent-child conflicts. Her breakdown of "measured responses" highlighted the importance of balancing guidance with restraint.

 

Roundtable Dialogue: Tackling Real Parenting Challenges

In a lively discussion, parents and teachers tackled common pain points: time management, self-motivation, emotional regulation, and peer relationships. Through role-playing, case studies, and brainstorming, groups created "Smart Parenting Toolkit" posters. Parents shared experiences on overcoming children’s anxiety, offering "no-pressure" learning strategies, and practicing unconditional love.

 

Ms. Huang concluded with three principles: valuing children’s unique strengths, empathizing with their perspectives, and embracing self-growth as parents. The session ended with teachers awarding "Family Education Navigator" certificates to parents, honoring their contributions.

 

As author Yang Jie noted, "Education is a journey of growth for both parents and children." This salon not only bridged home and school but also illuminated the warmth and wisdom of collaborative parenting. Future events, including book clubs and workshops, will continue to empower families on this shared path.
