踏青寻春色,实践探真知——上海金山杭州湾双语学校春季社会实践探索活动

春风和煦,万物生发。 4月1日,上海金山杭州湾双语学校初中部学生分赴上海浦江郊野公园与金山花开海上公园,开展社会实践活动。学生们以小组为单位,走出课堂、融入自然,在实践中感悟生态之美,在探索中思考社会责任,将课本知识转化为鲜活的社会认知。

 

四月的风轻拂而过,仿佛打翻了大自然的调色盘。晨光斜洒在成片的花海上,淡紫色的波浪从林荫下蔓延至湖畔,与岸边的胭脂色云霞交相晕染。鸢尾在湿地边悄然抽剑,嫩绿的叶片托起蓝紫色花瓣,宛如停驻在春水上的蝴蝶。蜿蜒的木栈道穿过杉林,抬头是交错枝桠间漏下的碎金阳光,低头是青苔斑驳的石缝中钻出的点点蒲公英。

浦江郊野公园是一座以森林游憩、滨水休闲为主要功能的近郊都市森林型郊野公园,坐落于黄浦江东侧。在浦江郊野公园,六、七年级的学生化身 “生态研究员”,他们手持任务卡穿梭于林间湖畔。生物课、科学课上所学的植物分类知识,成了他们在花海中畅游的“利器”;地理课堂中关于气候与生态的讨论,化作测量林荫区与开阔地带温湿度差异的实践。

 

作为沪上首批 “自然教育课堂”试点,金山花开海上以花事演绎自然法则——从寒冬蜡梅的孤傲到盛夏荷塘的喧哗,从秋日地肤的焰火红到初冬芦苇的诗意白,每一季都在讲述生态平衡与生命轮回的哲学,九年级的学生们穿行其间,邂逅视觉的盛宴,更是禁不住吟诵起赞美春日的中英文诗篇。

 

春游,不仅是与自然的邂逅,更是走向社会的第一课。在这场行走的课堂中,学生们用双眼观察城市脉动,用双手触摸生态脉络,在知行合一中埋下了责任与创新的种子,让教育在更广阔的天地间生根发芽。


 

On April 1, students from HBBSS , embarked on a social practice activity at Shanghai Pujiang Country Park and Jinshan Flower Blooming Park. Working in small groups, they stepped out of the classroom and immersed themselves in nature, contemplating ecological beauty through hands-on exploration while reflecting on social responsibility. This journey transformed textbook knowledge into vivid real-world understanding.  

 

The April breeze swept gently, as if overturning nature’s palette. Morning light spilled across vast flower fields, where soft purple waves stretched from shaded groves to lakeshores, blending with rosy clouds along the banks. Irises unsheathed sword-like leaves by the wetlands, their blue-violet petals resting atop tender greenery like butterflies alighting on springwater. Wooden boardwinded through cypress forests, where fractured sunlight filtered through interlaced branches above, and dandelions peeked from moss-cracked stones below.  

 

Pujiang Country Park, a suburban forest-themed country park east of the Huangpu River, focuses on forest recreation and waterfront leisure. Here, sixth and seventh graders became "ecological researchers," roaming the woodland and lakeside with task cards in hand. Knowledge from biology and science classes—plant classification and discussions on climate—became their tools to identify flora and measure temperature differences between shaded and open areas.  

 

As one of Shanghai’s first pilot "Nature Education Classrooms," Jinshan Flower Blooming Park narrates the philosophy of ecological balance and life cycles through seasonal spectacles: wintersweet in winter, lotus ponds in summer, fiery kochia in autumn, and poetic reeds in early winter. Ninth graders wandered through this visual feast, spontaneously reciting Chinese and English verses praising spring.

 

More than a nature outing, this spring expedition served as students’ first lesson in engaging with society. Through observing urban rhythms and touching ecological threads, they planted seeds of responsibility and innovation in the integration of knowledge and practice, allowing education to take root in a boundless world.

 

With a gentle spring breeze and nature in full bloom, on April 1st, middle school students from Shanghai Jinshan Hangzhou Bay Bilingual School embarked on a spring study trip to Pujiang Country Park and Jinshan "Flowers Bloom by the Sea" Ecological Park. Centered around the theme of "social practice exploration," students worked in small groups, stepping out of the classroom and into nature. They immersed themselves in the beauty of ecosystems, pondered social responsibilities through hands-on exploration, and transformed textbook knowledge into vivid real-world understanding.

Morning light spilled over vast flower fields, where waves of pale purple blooms stretched from shaded groves to lakesides, blending with the rosy clouds of cherry blossoms along the banks. Irises stood like sentinels at the wetlands, their emerald leaves cradling violet-blue petals that resembled butterflies resting on springwater. Wooden boardways wound through cedar forests, dappled sunlight filtering through interlaced branches, while clusters of dandelions peeked from moss-covered cracks in the stone below.

 

Pujiang Country Park, located east of the Huangpu River and north of the Dazhi River in Pujiang Town, is a suburban oasis blending forest recreation and waterfront leisure. Known for integrating "wilderness, art, and autumn landscapes," the park became a living classroom for sixth and seventh graders. Acting as "eco-researchers," students roamed the woodlands and lakeshores with task cards in hand. Knowledge from biology and science classes—such as plant classification—guided them through floral seas, while geography lessons on climate and ecosystems inspired experiments comparing temperature and humidity in shaded versus open areas.

 

Meanwhile, at Jinshan "Flowers Bloom by the Sea" Ecological Park, a pioneer site for Shanghai’s "Natural Education Classroom" initiative, ninth graders wandered through a symphony of seasonal storytelling. The park’s ever-changing floral displays—from winter’s solitary wintersweet to summer’s boisterous lotus ponds, autumn’s fiery kochia blooms, and winter’s poetic reeds—narrate the philosophy of ecological balance and life’s cycles. Amidst 300,000 tulips painting the slopes in vibrant hues, students recited bilingual poetry in English and Chinese, their verses echoing the park’s fusion of agricultural heritage and artistic beauty.

 

This spring outing was more than a rendezvous with nature—it was a first lesson in stepping into society. Through these immersive experiences, students observed the pulse of urban ecosystems, touched the veins of ecological networks, and planted seeds of responsibility and innovation through the unity of knowledge and action. Here, education takes root and flourishes in the boundless embrace of the world.
