悦读悦享悦成长——五年级多维阅读活动

 

书籍,是通往智慧的桥梁,是心灵与思想的港湾。阅读不仅为我们提供了知识的源泉,更让我们在文字的海洋中感受到思想的碰撞与灵魂的触动。它让孩子们从过去的故事中汲取智慧,从未知的领域中发现新奇,从人物的成长中反思自我,启发孩子们成为具有独立见解与创造力的未来之星。本学期,杭校五年级开展了一系列图书阅读活动,进一步丰富学生的阅读体验,提升学生多语种表达能力。

 

民间故事,是承载民族智慧与情感的载体,每一个民间故事,都是文化的瑰宝,凝聚了先民的生活经验、情感寄托与理想追求。通过这些故事,孩子们不仅能了解传统文化的根脉,更能在其中汲取创造的力量。

为深化语文课本第三单元民间故事的学习成果,激发学生的想象力与创造力,五年级开展了 民间故事连环画创作与讲述 主题实践活动。活动中,同学们先自主挑选自己喜爱的民间故事,在反复阅读、理解情节的基础上,精心构思画面内容,分镜绘制故事连环画。

一幅幅连环画构图生动、色彩丰富,人物形象鲜明,完整地再现了民间故事的精彩情节。完成绘制后,学生们还为自己的作品配上讲故事视频,用富有感情的语言进行生动讲述,让静态的画面 了起来。作品中既有传统故事的韵味,也融入了学生独特的创意和想象。

此次活动将阅读理解、美术创作与语言表达有机融合,不仅加深了学生对民间故事的理解,也锻炼了综合实践能力,为语文课堂注入了更多活力与趣味。

 

      阅读习惯是孩子阅读能力、表达能力的基础,五年级语文和英语学科从开学初起就组织了 天天阅读打卡 “Reading Challenge” 活动,通过记录每日 / 每周阅读书目、时间和书中印象深刻的片段和词句,不仅进一步巩固学生的阅读习惯,也增强了学生的阅读兴趣,提高阅读积累储量。

     

     

     

     

     

 

       同学们在本学期阅读了大量的中英文文学作品,在此基础上,我们鼓励孩子根据自身兴趣,选择中英文读物进行阅读,并围绕书籍主题、人物特点及精彩情节进行分享展示。在展示过程中,学生们或用中文娓娓道来故事的深刻内涵,或用英语流畅介绍书籍的亮点特色,内容生动、有条理。许多同学还加入了封面设计、阅读金句、个人感悟等创意元素,让推荐更具吸引力。现场气氛热烈,掌声不断,充分展现了五年级学生在阅读积累与表达能力上的成长。

    

此次图书推荐活动,不仅拓展了学生的阅读视野,为学生搭建了展示自我、交流阅读心得的平台,进一步营造了浓厚的书香校园氛围。

 

 

杭校一直致力于养成孩子良好的阅读喜欢,提升孩子感知文字、感知生活、自我表达的能力。因此,本次活动不仅仅是书本知识的学习和内化,更是创造性思维的碰撞与创意的激发。在阅读与创作的过程中,相信孩子们也学会了如何用自己的语言讲述世界,如何通过文字架起与他人心灵沟通的桥梁。今后,学校将继续开展形式多样的实践活动,不断丰富教学内容,助力学生全面发展。


 

Books are the bridge to wisdom and a haven for the mind and thoughts. In a busy and noisy world, reading not only provides us with a source of knowledge but also allows us to feel the collision of ideas and the touch of the soul in the ocean of words. It enables children to draw wisdom from past stories, discover novelty in unknown fields, reflect on themselves through the growth of characters, and inspire them to become future stars with independent insights and creativity. To this end, Grade Five of HBBSS organized a series of book reading activities.

 

Activity 1: Folk Story Comic Strip Creation and Storytelling

Folklores are the carriers of national wisdom and emotions, passed down from generation to generation. Every folk story is a treasure of culture, embodying the life experience, emotional sustenance and ideal pursuit of the ancestors. Through reading these Folklores, children can not only understand the roots of traditional culture, but also draw the power of creation from them.

 

To deepen the learning achievements of the third unit of folk stories in the Chinese textbook and stimulate students' imagination and creativity, Grade Five carried out a thematic practical activity of "Folk Story Comic Strip Creation and Storytelling". In the activity, students first independently selected their favorite folk stories, carefully conceived the picture content on the basis of repeated reading and understanding of the plot, and drew story comic strips in storyboards.

 

Each comic strip has vivid composition, rich colors and distinct characters, completely reproducing the wonderful plots of folk stories. After completing the drawing, students also matched their works with storytelling videos and told them vividly, making the static pictures "come alive". The works not only have the charm of traditional stories, but also integrate students' unique creativity and imagination.

 

This activity organically integrates reading comprehension, art creation and language expression, which not only deepens students' understanding of folk stories, but also exercises their comprehensive practical ability, injecting more vitality and fun into Chinese classrooms.

 

Activity 2: Daily Reading Check-in

In addition, since the beginning of the semester, the Chinese subject and the C-side English subject of Grade Five have organized "Daily Reading Check-in" and "Reading Challenge" activities. By recording the daily/weekly reading time, impressive fragments and words in the books, students' reading interest is enhanced and their reading accumulation is increased.

 

Activity 3: Chinese and English Book Recommendation

In the activity, students chose Chinese and English books to read according to their own interests, and made PPTs to share and display around the book themes, character characteristics and wonderful plots. During the presentation, students either vividly recounted the profound connotation of the story in Chinese or fluently introduced the highlights and characteristics of the books in English. Many students also added creative elements such as cover design, reading out golden sentences and personal insights to make the recommendation more attractive. The atmosphere at the scene was warm, fully demonstrating the growth of Grade Five students in reading accumulation and expression ability.

 

This book recommendation activity not only expanded students' reading horizons, but also improved their comprehensive abilities such as information sorting, PPT making and oral expressing. The activity built a platform for students to show themselves and exchange reading experience, further creating a strong scholarly campus atmosphere.

 

The launch of this series of activities effectively integrates reading, creation and expression, fully demonstrating the good comprehensive literacy and innovative ability of Grade Five students. Students think in reading, grow in creation and improve in display, which not only enhances their learning interest, but also exercises their practical ability. In the future, HBBSS will continue to carry out various forms of practical activities, constantly enrich teaching content and help students achieve all-round development.
