春回大地，万象更新，杭校小学部全体师生欢聚一堂，以 “ 马年奔腾，策马扬鞭 ” 为主题，隆重举行 2026 春季开学典礼。本次典礼紧扣春晚新力量、科技新光芒展开，以 “ 做自己的光，也照亮他人 ” 为核心寄语，为全体学子开启新学期的逐梦之旅。

开学典礼在庄严的奏唱国歌仪式中正式拉开帷幕。大礼堂内，同学们目光坚定、神采奕奕，一张张稚嫩的脸庞上，满是对新学期的憧憬与期待。

新学期，杭校迎来了许多新面孔。金校长为新同学们送上开学礼物，这份温暖的心意，既承载着学校对新同学的热烈欢迎，更饱含着殷殷期许，愿他们在新集体中，如骏马般昂首阔步，在探索中成长，在奋进中收获属于自己的精彩。

典礼上，顾主任带领全体师生一同回望 2026 春晚中的 “ 新 ” 亮点：科学家站上舞台 C 位，机器人与武术演员同台演绎，同学们以嘹亮歌声唱响舞台。春晚的创新与突破，正是新时代的生动缩影，这是属于创新的一代，更是属于每一位学子的时代。

顾主任分享了多位科学家与少年科创家的励志事迹，并接连抛出深刻思考 ——“ 人工智能时代，我们需要具备什么能力？ ”“ 同为学子，你正在为了什么而努力？ ”“ 你心中的偶像，应该是谁？ ” ，引导孩子们在思考中树立榜样，在感悟中坚定前行方向。

榜样的力量，既在远方，亦在身旁。杭校的同学们也在以热爱为帆，奋力前行：3-1 胡皓宇假期征战哥白尼科学比赛全球赛，斩获银奖； 4-4 陈逸阳在 2025 年度 FDC 国际舞蹈大赛中国区总决赛中，以 9.25 分摘得芭蕾舞个人 B4 组别金奖； 1-1 李君畅、周千蕙、戴舒瑶化身 “ 小鸟守护者 ” ，借助 AI 学习鸟窝制作知识，携手为小鸟搭建温馨家园，以行动传递对小动物的关爱； 2-4 陈妙仪寒假全力备赛两场芭蕾舞比赛，一举拿下金、银双奖。几位同学还现场分享了自己的经历与感悟，让在场师生深受鼓舞。

这个假期，杭校学子奔赴各类活动赛场，在公益实践、学科竞赛、艺体比拼中均取得了亮眼成绩，尽显少年风采。

学校还集中展示了 1-4 年级学子的卓越表现： G1 学子在泰国天堂杯冰球邀请赛、全国机器人大赛中摘金夺银，在国际象棋、英语竞赛中崭露头角； G2 学子斩获青少年奥林匹克数学竞赛全国银奖，在艺术话剧表演中绽放光彩； G3 学子与奥运冠军同台亮相、摘得舞蹈桃李杯金奖，在滑板、各类体育赛事中尽显少年活力； G4 学子在 AMC8 、 CNAT 比赛中斩获佳绩，自由式滑雪、萨马兰奇杯篮球赛、足球 Y 联赛的赛场上，都有他们拼搏的身影。一个个闪亮的名字，一次次精彩的突破，让全体学子深刻懂得：只要心怀热爱、奋勇拼搏，每个人都能成为自己的光，成为未来的 “ 顶流 ” 。

殷殷期盼寄新程，声声祝福暖童心。艺体学科老师们为同学们送上真挚的新年问候，更寄予了新学期的美好期许；外教代表也带来了暖心祝福，同时为同学们的新学期学习与成长给出了宝贵建议。

典礼最后，学校为上学期荣获 “ 十星 ” 荣誉的同学们隆重颁奖，表彰他们过去一学期的努力与成就，更激励全体学子以榜样为标杆，策马扬鞭、奋勇争先，在新学期书写新的成长篇章。

——The 2026 Spring Opening Ceremony of the Primary School Department of HBBSS Was Successfully Held

As spring returns to the earth and everything takes on a new look, all teachers and students of the Primary School Department of HBBSS gathered in the auditorium to hold the grand 2026 Spring Opening Ceremony with the theme of "Galloping in the Year of the Horse, Forging Ahead with Vigour". Centering on the new vitality of the Spring Festival Gala and the new radiance of science and technology, the ceremony took "Be your own light and light up others as well" as its core message, kicking off a new journey of pursuing dreams for all students.

The opening ceremony officially commenced with the solemn singing of the national anthem. In the auditorium, the students looked firm and spirited, their tender faces brimming with longing and anticipation for the new semester.

The new semester welcomed many new faces to HBBSS. Principal Jin presented school-opening gifts to the new students. This warm gesture not only embodies the school's sincere welcome to them but also carries profound expectations, wishing the new students to stride forward boldly like steeds in their new classes, grow through exploration and reap remarkable achievements through diligent efforts.

At the ceremony, Director Gu led all teachers and students to review the new highlights of the 2026 Spring Festival Gala: scientists took the center stage, robots performed alongside martial arts performers, and students sang resoundingly on the stage. The innovations and breakthroughs of the Spring Festival Gala are a vivid epitome of the new era — an era belonging to innovators, and even more so, an era for every student.

Director Gu shared the inspiring stories of many scientists and teenage young inventors, and raised profound questions one after another: What abilities do we need to master in the age of artificial intelligence? As students, what are you striving for? Who should be the role model in your heart? These questions guided the children to set up their role models through reflection and firm their direction for progress through perception.

The power of role models exists both far and near. The students of HBBSS are also forging ahead with passion as their sail: Hu Haoyu from Class 1, Grade 3 participated in the Global Final of the Copernicus Science Competition during the holiday and won the silver medal; Chen Yiyang from Class 4, Grade 4 scored 9.25 points and claimed the gold medal in the Individual B4 Group of Ballet at the 2025 FDC International Dance Competition China Final; Li Junchang, Zhou Qianhui and Dai Shuyao from Class 1, Grade 1 acted as "bird protectors", learned knowledge about bird nest building with the help of AI, and built warm homes for birds hand in hand, conveying care for small animals through practical actions; Chen Miaoyi from Class 4, Grade 2 made thorough preparations for two ballet competitions during the winter vacation and won both gold and silver medals in one go. Several of these students shared their experiences and insights on the spot, deeply inspiring all teachers and students present. During this holiday, HBBSS students took part in various events and competitions, and achieved outstanding results in public welfare practice, academic competitions and art and sports contests, fully demonstrating the vibrant demeanor of teenagers.

The school also showcased the outstanding performances of students from Grade 1 to Grade 4 in a concentrated way: Grade 1 students won gold and silver medals in the Thailand Paradise Cup Ice Hockey Invitational Tournament and the National Robot Competition, and made their mark in chess and English competitions; Grade 2 students won the national silver medal in the Youth Olympic Mathematics Competition and shone in artistic drama performances; Grade 3 students appeared on the same stage with Olympic champions, won the gold medal in the Dance Taoli Cup, and displayed youthful vitality in skateboarding and various sports events; Grade 4 students achieved excellent results in the AMC8 and CNAT competitions, and their striving figures could be seen on the fields of freestyle skiing, the Samaranch Cup Basketball Tournament and the Football Y League. Every shining name and every remarkable breakthrough made all students deeply understand that as long as they hold passion in their hearts and strive bravely, everyone can be their own light and become the "top star" of the future.

Sincere expectations were entrusted to the new journey, and warm blessings touched the young hearts. Teachers of Art and Physical Education extended sincere New Year greetings to the students and expressed beautiful expectations for the new semester; foreign teacher representatives also brought warm wishes and put forward valuable suggestions for the students' study and growth in the new semester.

The stars favor the diligent travelers, and time rewards the persistent dream chasers. At the end of the ceremony, the school held a grand award ceremony for the students who won the honor of "Ten Stars" in the last semester, recognizing their hard work and achievements, and encouraging all students to take the role models as a benchmark, forge ahead with vigour, strive for excellence, and write a new chapter of growth in the new semester.
