清风拂面，暖阳铺场，青春滚烫，逐梦前行。为丰富校园文体生活，锤炼学生强健体魄，涵养团结拼搏的体育精神，近日，金山杭州湾双语学校热闹开启五至九年级校园运动会。绿茵为幕，跑道为台，全校师生齐聚赛场，在速度与力量的角逐、协作与温情的交融中，解锁运动魅力，绽放少年风采，谱写了一曲活力满满的校园青春乐章。

本次运动会赛事丰富、精彩纷呈，涵盖短跑、长跑、跳远、接力赛、实心球、引体向上等多项经典竞技项目，全方位考验学子们的身体素质、耐力毅力与竞技能力。各个赛场分区有序、氛围热烈，每一处角落都涌动着热血与朝气，每一次登场都承载着热爱与坚持。

径赛跑道之上，是速度与激情的巅峰对决。短跑赛道上，五至九年级的少年们身姿挺拔、蓄势待发，随着清脆的发令声响，他们如离弦之箭冲破起点，步履铿锵、追风逐电，耳畔是呼啸的风声与此起彼伏的呐喊声，矫健的身影在红色跑道上飞速穿梭，用转瞬即逝的时光诠释全力以赴的青春速度。长跑赛道则是耐力与意志的漫长博弈，漫长赛程中，学子们呼吸沉稳、步履不停，纵使汗水浸湿衣衫、体力不断消耗，依旧咬牙坚持、奋勇向前，不放弃、不退缩，用坚韧毅力突破自我极限，展现出永不言败的拼搏底色。

田赛场地之中，是力量与技巧的精彩绽放。跳远赛场，选手们凝神蓄力、屈膝摆臂，纵身一跃、腾空舒展，身体在空中划出轻盈流畅的弧线，稳稳落地，每一次跳跃都是对自我的突破，丈量着青春的高度与远方。实心球比赛现场，同学们紧握球体、躬身蓄力，手臂奋力一挥，沉甸甸的实心球裹挟力量腾空而起，划出饱满的抛物线，落地的瞬间定格拼搏的成果。引体向上项目里，学子们紧握单杠、收紧身躯，凭借手臂力量奋力向上攀升，每一次拉升都凝聚汗水，每一次坚持都彰显少年刚毅，尽显蓬勃向上的精气神。

最令人暖意融融的当属独具特色的师生趣味运动会。它打破了竞技比赛的紧张激烈，让赛场充满欢声笑语、温情满满。平日里潜心育人的老师们放下粉笔、走出讲台，与同学们并肩参赛、默契协作。师生配合默契、稳步前行，步伐整齐、配合无间，全力奔赴终点；投掷沙包时，大家瞄准目标、从容发力，动作娴熟、趣味十足。没有激烈的角逐，只有携手相伴的欢乐，师生同乐、双向奔赴，拉近了师生距离，尽显家校同心、师生共进的和谐校园氛围。

赛场之上，健儿奋勇争先，突破自我、赛出风采；赛场之下，温情从未缺席。裁判员们秉持公平公正的原则，认真履职、精准裁决，保障赛事有序推进；后勤志愿者们各司其职、默默坚守，及时提供物资补给、维护赛场秩序；各班同学呐喊助威、鼓掌喝彩，声声呐喊汇聚成最温暖的助威洪流，凝聚起班级的向心力与凝聚力。每个人都是赛场的参与者、守护者，共同构筑了热烈有序、温暖向上的赛场氛围。

运动燃热血，青春向未来。本次校园运动会，不仅是一场体能与竞技的盛会，更是一次精神与品格的淬炼。金山杭州湾双语学校的学子们在赛事中挥洒汗水、挑战自我，在拼搏中收获成长、凝聚力量，充分展现了积极进取、奋勇争先、团结协作的优良风貌。未来，我校学子将把赛场上的拼搏精神、坚韧意志融入日常学习与生活，以强健之体魄、昂扬之姿态，奔赴更璀璨的青春征程！

With a gentle breeze brushing our faces and warm sunshine gracing the field, youthful passion burns bright as we chase our dreams. To enrich campus cultural and sports life, strengthen students’ physical fitness, and foster the sportsmanship of unity and perseverance, Jinshan Hangzhou Bay Bilingual School recently held a sports meet for Grades 5 through 9. Set against the green turf and running tracks, teachers and students gathered on the field, unlocking the charm of sports, showcasing youthful vitality, and composing a vibrant melody of campus youth through contests of speed and strength, as well as moments of collaboration and warmth.

The sports meet featured a rich array of thrilling events, including sprints, long-distance runs, long jumps, relay races, shot put, pull‑ups and other classic competitions, fully testing students’ physical ability, endurance, perseverance and competitive skills. All venues were well‑organized and full of enthusiasm; every corner pulsed with energy and vigor, and every appearance carried dedication and persistence.

On the track events, it was a supreme showdown of speed and passion. At the sprint starting line, young athletes from Grades 5 to 9 stood tall and ready. At the sharp crack of the starting gun, they shot off like arrows, stepping powerfully and racing against the wind. Amidst the howling wind and waves of cheers, their agile figures dashed along the red track, embodying the all‑out speed of youth in every fleeting moment.

The long-distance run was a prolonged battle of endurance and will. Throughout the race, students breathed steadily and kept moving forward. Even as sweat soaked their clothes and strength faded, they gritted their teeth, pressed on, never giving up or backing down, breaking their limits with fortitude and showing the never-say-die spirit of youth.

In the field events, strength and skill unfolded brilliantly. At the long jump pit, athletes focused, bent their knees, swung their arms, and leaped into the air, their bodies drawing smooth, graceful arcs before landing steadily. Each jump was a breakthrough, measuring the height and horizon of youth.

At the shot put competition, students gripped the ball, bent to gather strength, and swung their arms forcefully. The heavy shot soared into the air in a full parabola, and the moment it landed captured the fruit of their hard work.

In the pull‑up event, students held the bar tight, braced their bodies, and climbed upward with arm strength. Every pull condensed sweat, every persistence revealed young determination, and all displayed thriving, upward spirit.

The most heartwarming part was the unique teacher‑student fun sports session. Breaking the intensity of competitive games, it filled the field with laughter and warmth. Teachers, usually devoted to teaching, put down their chalk, stepped out of the classroom, and competed side by side with students in tacit cooperation.

Teachers and students moved forward steadily in perfect sync, marching in neat steps toward the finish line; in the sandbag throw, everyone aimed carefully and threw calmly, with skillful and amusing movements. There were no fierce contests, only the joy of working together. Teachers and students shared fun and supported each other, narrowing the distance between them and presenting a harmonious campus atmosphere of home‑school unity and teacher‑student progress.

On the field, athletes strove for excellence, broke through themselves and competed with pride; off the field, warmth was always present. Referees upheld fairness and justice, performed their duties earnestly and judged accurately to ensure the smooth progress of the games. Logistics volunteers stuck to their posts quietly, providing supplies in time and maintaining order.

Students from all classes cheered and applauded loudly; their shouts converged into the warmest tide of encouragement, uniting class cohesion. Everyone was a participant and guardian of the field, jointly building a passionate, orderly, warm and uplifting atmosphere.

Sports ignite passion, and youth embraces the future. This campus sports meet was not only a grand gathering of physical fitness and competition, but also a tempering of spirit and character. Students of Jinshan Hangzhou Bay Bilingual School sweated and challenged themselves in the events, gained growth and strength through perseverance, and fully demonstrated the fine demeanor of proactivity, ambition and unity.

In the future, our students will integrate the fighting spirit and strong will from the field into daily study and life, and march toward a more brilliant youth journey with healthy bodies and high spirits!
