青春，是生命旅途中一个崭新的起点。为了帮助同学们平稳地度过青春期，国庆假期回来后的第一个班会课，七年级的同学们在班主任的带领下学习了关于青春期身体和心理变化的相关知识。

第一部分是问卷调查的统计分析。上周，同学们做了关于 “你最欣赏同龄人的哪些方面”的问卷。而这节班会课上，班主任老师展示出了分析的数据。人品方面，男同学和女同学一致认为关心他人和集体，不议论他人，为他人考虑都是非常重要的，积极向上的品质。学习方面，大家觉得做事认真，勤奋努力，善于表达个人见解的同学非常值得大家的尊重。外表形象方面，自信幽默的品格，举止的文明，以及干净卫生的个人形象被认为是最重要的几个点，外貌反而不那么重要。

总结最受欢迎同学的共同品质时，最受欢迎的男同学、拥有的品质是开朗的性格，优异的成绩，人品好，班级中人缘好，能够主动帮助他人等。而最受欢迎的女同学共同拥有的品质是幽默的性格，优异的成绩，公平公正，尽职尽责，背后不议论他人等。几张统计表体现了杭校同学们整体的价值观以及对同学的评价都十分积极向上。

接下来的部分是关于了解以及尊重他人，不论是男性还是女性都有各自的优点。每个人都是独一无二的，欣赏彼此，包容彼此，发扬自己的个性和长处是我们应该做的。

最后一部分中，班主任老师带着同学们探讨了青春期的一些烦恼以及如何解决它们，例如怎样去应对焦虑，控制自己的情绪，提高自己的成绩等。同学们踊跃举手，纷纷表达了自己的见解以及化解烦恼的独特方法。

李大钊说： “青年者，人生之王，人生之春，人生之华也。”通过这次主题班会，我们明白了要尊重他人，正确认识自己，增强自信，要做最好的自己！

Youth Story ------ Be the Best of Yourself

Youth is a new starting point for the journey of life. In order to help students pass adolescence smoothly, during the class meeting after the National Day holiday, seventh grade students learned about physical and psychological changes during adolescence under the guidance of class teachers.

The first section is about the statistic analysis of the survey. Last week, students did a survey about “what aspects of your peers do you appreciate most” . In the class meeting, class teachers presented the statistics of the survey. In terms of character, male and female classmates both agreed that caring for others and the collective, not gossiping, and considering others are very important and positive qualities. In terms of learning, everyone believes that the classmates who are conscientious, hardworking, and good at expressing personal opinions are highly respected. As to appearances, a confident and humorous personality, civilized behavior, and a clean and hygienic personal image are considered the most important. In contrast, exteriors are not so important.

When summarizing the common qualities of the most popular classmates, the top-rated male classmate possesses are outgoing personality, outstanding academic accomplishments, good character, good popularity in the class, and the ability to actively help others etc. Equally important, the most welcomed qualities of female classmates are humor, outstanding academic accomplishments, justice, responsibility, and not gossiping etc. The survey reflects the overall values of students in HBBSS and positive evaluations to other students.

The subsequent section was about apprehending and respecting others. Both male and female have their advantages and strength. Everyone is unique. We should appreciate and tolerate each other, develop our own strength and personalities.

Lastly, class teachers discussed with students about the troubles during the adolescence and how to solve them. For instance how to face the anxiety, how to control the emotions, and improve the scores. The students participated exceedingly, and shared their own opinions and the solutions.

The transcendent revolutionist Li Dazhao had said: “our youth is the most powerful, hopeful, energetic, and beautiful time in our life.” Through this thematic meeting, we have learned to respect others, to understand ourselves, to enhance confidence, and to be the best of ourselves!
