六月上旬，杭州湾双语学校小学部举办了 Spelling Bee比赛，一年级到四年级的学生们热情参与，比赛现场气氛热烈。

一二年级的小朋友们在 Spelling Bee中热情满满，第一轮比赛拼写基础单词，每当有正确拼写，台下便响起热烈的掌声。在第一轮中胜出的小选手们继续过五关斩六将，展现了很强的拼写功底，面对难度高的单词也毫不怯场。经过两轮激烈竞争，最终胜负揭晓，台下师生为胜出者送上雷鸣般的欢呼和掌声！

三四年级的比赛则要求选手们具备更高水平的拼写能力。第一轮的比拼已然十分激烈，顺利进入决赛的选手们面对复杂词汇更是表现出色，展开了精彩角逐，比赛过程充满了挑战和悬念。在紧张的比赛氛围中，观众们时而全神贯注，时而激动欢呼。经过层层晋级，最终决出了冠亚季军，比赛在全体师生的热烈掌声中圆满落幕 !

本次 Spelling Bee比赛不仅展示了学生们出色的拼词能力，还进一步激发了他们对英语学习的兴趣。杭州湾双语学校将继续为学生们提供更多展示才华的舞台，培养他们出色的语言能力和勇于展示自我的自信心！

In early June, HBBSS Primary School hosted a lively Spelling Bee for students in grades 1 to 4, with enthusiastic participation and an electrifying atmosphere.

For grades 1 and 2, the event started with basic words. Each correct spelling was met with cheers, and those who advanced showed impressive skills, tackling tougher words with confidence. After two thrilling rounds, the winners were announced to roaring applause.

Grades 3 and 4 faced even tougher challenges, with complex words from the start. The competition was intense, and the audience was captivated by the suspense. The finalists impressed everyone with their spelling prowess, and the event ended with the top spellers being celebrated amidst loud cheers.

The Spelling Bee not only highlighted the students' spelling talents but also fueled their interest in learning English. HBBSS looks forward to providing more opportunities for students to shine and grow in confidence.
