典礼在悠扬的室内乐中缓缓拉开序幕，乐器与音符的低语，引领着每一位老师与同学回溯过去四年的美好时光。莅临本次毕业典礼的嘉宾有校监唐盛昌先生、学监李英女士和王念祖先生，学校各位领导以及各位老师与学生家长。随着主持人李思蒙老师和Mr. Brooke的开场白，毕业典礼正式开始，整个会场弥漫着期待与激动的氛围。

首先是庄严的升旗仪式。义勇军进行曲的旋律象征着毕业生们将带着国家的期望，迈向更加广阔的天地。

随后，金校长发表了校长致辞。她用着恳切的语气回顾学生们过去四年的点滴努力，鼓励同学们保持自信，并对未来保持期待和憧憬。毕业之际，她鼓励同学们能积极向上地面对广阔的世界，做一个 “ 取水人 ” ，主动探寻未知，拓宽眼界。

紧接着，家长代表储蓉女士为全体师生致辞。她首先感谢了唐校长和李校长卓越的教育理念 “ 中国核，世界流 ” ，给与孩子们坚定内核和广阔视野。她细数了同学们在 “ 扬长平短 ” 的教育宗旨下，所取得的成长与收获。她鼓励同学们在未来的学习生活中，保持真挚、勇敢、努力和坚定的态度，朝着目标，勇往直前。

紧随其后，肖然泽同学作为毕业生代表上台发言。他对学校和同学们表达了感激之情。学校鼓励同学们深入探索自己的兴趣爱好，为同学们提供的广阔的舞台。老师们的引导和支持，让同学们拥有了面对未来挑战的信心。同学们以各自独有的光亮影响着身边的同学，从普通变得优秀，优秀更加出彩。其热情诚恳的话语回顾了四年同窗的点点滴滴，更展望了未来的广阔前景，触动了在场每一个人的心弦。

唐校长为了鼓励杭校学生更好地发展，特别设立了学生发展奖学金。下一个环节便是学生发展奖学金颁奖仪式。袁书记上台为大家宣读了学生发展奖学金的设立宗旨和获奖名单，由李校长为表现出色的学生们颁奖。这是对杭校优秀学子辛勤付出的肯定，也鼓励了同学们在未来的学习生活中，不断进步，遇见更好的自己。

在学校的培养教育之下，孩子们以更优秀、自信的姿态踏入下一个阶段。为了表达家长们对学校的感谢，家长代表潘旻彦女士上台向杭校赠送了一幅精美的汴绣，上面绣着享誉中外的《清明上河图》，教师代表陈主任和胡老师接受了这份赠礼。这幅汴绣既昭示了中华优秀传统文化的传承之义，也表达了家长们对在 “ 扬长平短 ” 的教育宗旨下，同学们发展了兴趣潜能。钱书芸与邹子萱同学合奏《浮光》，将典礼推向了一个新的高潮。古筝与大提琴，中西合璧，古典与现代的碰撞，奏出过往四年间白驹过隙，也绘出学子前方的锦绣天地。回忆与希冀，都混在乐声中徐徐回荡。

接下来便到了毕业典礼最重要的环节 —— 拨穗仪式。

金校长、袁书记、潘校长、李主任为同学们拨穗。一顶顶学士帽上的流苏轻轻拨过，标志着同学们正式完成了义务教育阶段的学习，即将开启人生的新篇章。

拨穗后，全体九年级毕业生合唱《敢》。同学们用歌声表达了对未来的无畏和勇气，也传递出了青春的力量和激情。

最后，全体九年级老师们的诗朗诵，更是以文字的力量，在离别回望之际，为毕业生送上最深情的祝福，鼓励同学们勇敢地追求梦想，相信光、追逐光、成为光，温暖自己，照亮他人。

毕业典礼圆满结束，初中的记忆就此定格在日侧斜阳中。毕业生们带着学校、家庭的厚望与自我期许，正式踏上了追光逐梦的旅程。愿同学们的未来如夏花般灿烂，无论走到哪里，都能携着饱满的信心，散发属于自己的光芒。

On June 21, 2024, HBBSS held a 9th grade graduation ceremony with the theme of "Remembering the Summer, Pursuing the Light and Dreaming", witnessing the important moment when the graduates embarked on a new journey in life.

The ceremony was slowly opened with a melodious chamber music, “the nutcracker.” The whispers of musical instruments and notes led every teacher and student to look back on the past four years of good times. The guests of honor at the graduation ceremony included the Superintendent of Schools, Mr. Tang Sheng Chang, the Superintendent of Schools, Ms. Li Ying and Mr. Wang Nian Zu, the school leaders, and the teachers, parents and the students. With the opening remarks of the hosts, Ms. Li Simeng and Mr. Brooke, the graduation ceremony officially began, and an atmosphere of anticipation and excitement permeated the entire venue.

First of all, there was a solemn flag-raising ceremony. The melody of “The March of the Volunteer Army”symbolized that the graduates will take the expectations of the country and move on to a wider world.

Afterwards, Principal Jin delivered a speech during the ceremony. In an earnest tone, she recalled HBBSS middle school students' efforts over the past four years, and encouraged them to maintain their confidence in all times. She looked forward to the future. On the occasion of graduation, she encouraged the students to face the wide world positively, to be “Fetchers of the Water", which is the title of 2024Chinese Zhongkao essay. She wanted us to take the initiative to explore the unknown and to broaden our horizons.

Immediately after, Ms. Chu, a parent representative, delivered a speech for all teachers and students. First of all, she thanked Principal Tang and Principal Li for their excellent educational philosophy "China's nucleus, the world's flow", which gave the children a firm core and a broad vision. She detailed the growth and achievements of the students under the educational principle of "Strengths, Equalization and Equalization". She encouraged the students to remain sincere, courageous, hard-working and determined in their future study and life, and to move forward towards their goals.

Then, Ryan Xiao, as the representative of graduates, took the stage to speak. He expressed his gratitude to the school and his classmates. The school encourages students to explore their hobbies and provides a broad stage for them. The guidance and support of teachers gave students the confidence to face the challenges of the future. Students with their own unique light to influence the students around them, from ordinary to become excellent, excellent more colorful. Their warm and sincere words recalled the bits and pieces of the four years of schoolmates, but also looked forward to the broad prospects of the future, touching the heartstrings of everyone present.

In order to encourage the students of Hangzhou School to develop better, President Tang specially set up the Student Development Scholarship. The next session was the awarding ceremony of the Student Development Scholarship. Mr. Yuan, the secretary of the school, came on the stage to read out the purpose of the Student Development Scholarship and the list of winners, and then Mr. Li, the principal of the school, presented the awards to the students with outstanding performance. This is a recognition of the hard work of the outstanding students of Hangzhou School, and also encourages the students to continue to make progress and meet a better self in their future study life.

Under the cultivation and education of the school, the children stepped into the next stage with more excellence and confidence. In order to express the parents' gratitude to the school, Ms. Pan Minyan, a parent representative, came on the stage and presented Hangzhou School with a piece of exquisite Bianzhi embroidery, on which the famous "Riverside Scene at Qingming Festival" was embroidered, and the teacher representatives, Mr. Chen and Ms. Hu, accepted the gift. The embroidery not only shows the inheritance of the excellent traditional Chinese culture, but also expresses the parents' approval of Hangzhou School's school philosophy of "China's nucleus, the world's flow", but also contains all the graduates' longing and expectation for the future of their alma mater!

Under the principle of "promoting strengths and emphasizing weaknesses", students developed their interests and potentials. Student Olivia Qian and Aurora Zou played a sheet of music: "The History", which brought the ceremony to a new climax. Guzheng and cello, a combination of Chinese and Western music, the collision of classical and modern, not only played out the past four years of middle school year, but also painted the beautiful world ahead of the students. Memories and hopes were mixed in the music.

Next came to the most important part of the graduation ceremony - the tasseling ceremony. Principal Jin, Secretary Yuan, Principal Pan and Director Li plucked the tassels for the students. A tassel on the cap was gently plucked, marking that the students have officially completed the compulsory education stage of learning, and are about to start a new chapter in their lives.

After tasseling, all the ninth grade graduates chorus "Gan”by Shangcong Song. The students expressed their fearlessness and courage for the future with their songs, which also conveyed the power and passion of youth.

Finally, all the ninth grade teachers recited a poetry. With the power of words and on the occasion of the parting look back. It sent the graduates the most affectionate blessing, encourage students to bravely pursue their dreams, believe in the light, chase the light, and become the light, to warm themselves and illuminate others.

Graduation ceremony ended successfully, the memory of middle school is fixed in the sun side of the slanting sun.
