本学期的中国文化周如约而至。一年级的小朋友们穿越回到了秦汉时代，二年级的小朋友们这一次也继续了他们的古代文化之旅，来到了英雄辈出的三国时期。

This semester’s Chinese Culture Week was impressive. The G1 students travelled back in time to the Qin and Han Dynasties, while the G2 students continued on their ancient culture journey to the Three Kingdoms Period.

一年级：秦汉

听故事、习礼仪，一年级的孩子们穿上精心准备的汉服，一起来到秦汉时代，体验穿越时刻。周一，他们一起学习了秦汉时期的基本礼仪，孩子们对古人站、坐、问候、饮食的礼仪有了基本的认识；周二，大家一起走进汉乐府，吟唱乐府诗歌，感受韵律之美。周三的说文解字活动让孩子们对中国的汉字有了新的理解，在发现汉字演变的活动中，孩子们对学习和书写汉字有了更浓厚的兴趣。周四，大家一起穿上汉服，浸润到传统文化的氛围中。

Dressed in Qin and Han costumes, the G1 students travelled back in time to the Qin and Han dynasties. On the Monday, students learned etiquette in Qin and Han dynasties. In this class, they learned how the ancient people stood, sat, greeted and dined. On Tuesday, they got to appreciate the famous work called Yuefu Songs of the Han Dynasty. They sang poems and listened to the stories in the songs. On Wednesday, students were told about the stories and the history of Chinese characters. They became more and more interested in Chinese character handwriting. On Thursday, everyone dressed up in Qin and Han costumes and lived like the ancient people.

二年级：三国

二年级的小朋友们这一次来到三国时期，首先在周一的语文阅读课上认识了英勇睿智的三国英雄，听着他们的故事，感受群雄并起、兵荒马乱的时代特点。周二，小朋友们一起认识了“隶书”，也首次进入书法教室临摹字帖，他们手提毛笔，端坐桌前，有模有样地在宣纸上写着隶书特有的“蚕头燕尾”，这场隶书初体验真是太有意思了！周三，大家利用课间时间一起尝试了一些民间传统游戏，体验传统游戏带来的简单快乐！周四，大家也穿上了带有三国元素的服装，互相展示了三国时代的服饰文化。

Students in G2 travelled back in time to the Three Kingdoms Period. On Monday, they started off by meeting the heroic and wise characters from that period. They listened to their stories and felt the characteristics of the times when the heroes and the soldiers were chaotic. On Tuesday, the children learned about "Lishu", and also stepped in to the calligraphy class to practice for the first time.  It was really interesting! During recess time on Wednesday, everyone tried playing some folkloric and traditional games, and got to experience the simple happiness brought on by them! On Thursday, everyone wore costumes from the Three Kingdoms Period which helped them learn about the costume culture of this era.

迎清明，缅怀先烈

除了学习三国时代的文化知识，二年级的同学们还利用周二成长课的时间，展示分享了“迎清明，缅怀先烈”的主题海报，在清明前夕一起缅怀为新中国成立牺牲的先烈们。虽然语言稚嫩，但他们对烈士的崇敬，祖国的热爱，还有对历史的追思却是十分真挚的。

In addition to learning the cultural knowledge of the Three Kingdoms era, the G2 students also presented their Tomb-Sweeping Festival posters. Through the presentation, they commemorated the martyrs who sacrificed themselves for the founding of New China. Although their language is simple, their reverence for the martyrs, their love of the motherland, and their recollection of history are very sincere.

有趣的中国文化周，让孩子们在体验传统文化的同时学到了丰富的知识，真是令人难忘。

Throughout this exciting Chinese Culture Week, students learned a lot about ancient culture.
