The 2020 winter break is meant to be special. Faced with the sudden outbreak of COVID-19, kids have no choice but to study at home temporarily. Yet G1 students from HBBSS have been making wise use of this extended break time: they are not only working hard to learn self-protection knowledge, but they are also actively responding to the nation’s call. Calligraphy as Encouragement, Paint-to-Gather”, children are showing their confidence in China’s winning this anti-virus “battle” from their perspectives, expressing their deepest respect to those beautiful heroes and heroines through touching works.

Some children turned into volunteers promoting knowledge of virus prevention.

Some cheered for the medical staff fighting in the frontier.

Some talked about the hard work of people from all walks of life devoting themselves into this battle.

With vivid pieces of artworks, our children have expressed their resolution to overcoming the virus outbreak, making their contributions to an early victory of the virus. We firmly believe that the wishes of our children will be realized as soon as possible. Come on, Wuhan! Go China!
